Students will learn to upgrade, monitor and troubleshoot namespaces, policies and
authentication in CIFS, NFS or multiprotocol environments with an emphasis on both
problem determination and avoidance. Students will also learn how to collect diagnostic
information and packet captures that will be useful when escalating issues to the F5
Support team. This hands-on course includes lectures, labs, and discussions.
